    The Hyatt’s SWB famous fajitas with a choice of two meats – chicken, beef, or fire-roasted veggies. Accompanied by Spanich rice, charro beans, chips, queso, tomatillo salsa, smoked onion salsa, cheddar cheese, guacamole, jalapeños, sour cream, and flour tortillas. Gluten-free and vegan options are available on request.

    Choice of 2: Roast Turkey with Gouda, Avocado Hummus and Sunflower Sprouts on Croissant;
    Sliced Roast Sirloin with Romaine Lettuce,Pickled Red Onion, Sliced Tomato and Horseradish Spread
    on Pretzel Baguette; Shaved Ham with Sharp Cheddar, Dijon-Mayo, Roasted Peppers and Romaine on Ciabatta;

    Two- and three-meat packages. Includes choice of Smoked & Pulled Pork, Chipotle Glazed Beef Brisket, Grilled Elgin Sausage, or Slow Roasted Shiner Bock Chicken. Accompanied by Round Rock Honey Baked Beans, Tricolor slaw, potato salad with jalapeño mustard, cheddar cornbread, buttermilk biscuits, and an assorted relish tray.
