  • Deluxe Fajitas
    The Hyatt’s SWB famous fajitas with a choice of two meats – chicken, beef, or fire-roasted veggies. Accompanied by Spanich rice, charro beans, chips, queso, tomatillo salsa, smoked onion salsa, cheddar cheese, guacamole, jalapeños, sour cream, and flour tortillas. Gluten-free and vegan options are available on request.
  • Southwest Mac ‘n’ Cheese
    Mac ‘n’ cheese with roasted peppers, smoked ham, and cornbread crumble. Served with Local Farmers’ Market Ensalada with prickly pear vinaigrette or jalapeño ranch dressing and sliced sourdough bread.
  • Whole Wheat Linguine Diablo
    Whole wheat pasta with baby spinach, asparagus, tomato, and chile flake. Choice of chicken, shrimp, or veggie. Includes Pure Luck Salad with balsamic dressing and sliced sourdough bread.

  • Texas Smokehouse Sampler (groups of 10 or more only)
    Two- and three-meat packages. Includes choice of Smoked & Pulled Pork with Dr. Pepper BBQ Sauce, Chipotle Glazed Beef Brisket, Grilled Elgin Sausage with Sweet Onions and Jalapeños, or Slow Roasted Shiner Bock Chicken. Accompanied by Round Rock Honey Baked Beans, jicama and roasted corn slaw, three potato salad with jalapeño mustard, cheddar cornbread, buttermilk biscuits, and an assorted relish tray.
  • South Congress Deli Buffet (groups of 10 or more only)
    Build your own sandwich with oven-roasted turkey, glazed ham, hickory-smoked bacon, sliced heirloom tomato, shaved red onion, assorted pickles, hydroponic bibb lettuce, smoked provolone, longhorn cheddar, olive oil mayonnaise, cilantro pesto, Dijon mustard, and assorted breads. Includes bean & potato salad with stone-ground mustard and bacon vinaigrette and assorted chip

  • Market Place Crudite (groups of 10 or more)
    Baby carrots, snow peas, celery, French breakfast radishes, and cucumbers.  Served with spinach goat cheese dip, black bean hummus, and smoked jalapeño dip.
  • Texas Artisanal Cheese Display (groups of 10 or more only)
    Selection of handmade Texas cheeses served with Round Rock Honey, seasonal jams & compotes, fresh baked breads, lavosh, and specialty crackers.
  • Smoked, Cured, Brined, & Pickled (groups of 10 or more only)
    Shaved speck, local cured sausage, Spanish chorizo, salami, and Brazos Valley Parmesan with SWB’s house-made pickles, marinated olives, artichoke hearts, flatbreads, and toasted baguettes.
  • Town Lake Munchies (groups of 10 or more only)
    Assorted spiced nuts from AustiNuts, dried blueberries, apple rings, banana chips, chocolate-covered pretzels, yogurt-covered raisins, toasted pepitas, and sunflower seeds.
  • Barton Springs Chips and Dips (groups of 10 or more only)
    Spicy queso, fresh guacamole, tomatillo avocado salsa, smoked tomato salsa, and tortilla chips.
  • Party Time on the Boat (groups of 10 or more only)
    Two of each item per person: Texas chicken wings with spicy Bourbon sauce and buttermilk dressing; pulled pork & avocado quesadilla with Oaxaca cheese and salsa verde; and grilled beef sliders with aged cheddar, pickles, spicy mustard, and garlic aioli.
  • Sweet Tooth Special Dessert (groups of 10 or more only)
    Assorted cookies, brownies, pecan bars, and candies.  Served with vanilla ice cream.
