Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner cruise for two on a private "gondola-like" electric launch or a group dinner cruise for your office, family or friends, Capital Cruises has a great selection of boats and dinner options to suit your wishes and your budget.

Catering is provided by the Hyatt and includes the Hyatt's famous fajitas, Barbecue, Grilled Chicken Pasta and Shrimp Pasta or we can customize an event for any group size and budget. Beverage service, snacks, entertainment, team building and more are also available.

Rates will vary from $26.99 to $80.99 per person depending on options selected (please see rate table for applicable rates).

Food Options

• Fajitas - The Hyatt's famous fajitas with 1/2 lb. of chicken and beef per person, flour tortillas, chips and salsa, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, cheese and ice tea. Veggie Fajitas also available.
• Deluxe Fajitas - The Hyatt's famous fajitas with 1/2 lb. of chicken and beef per person, flour tortillas, chips and salsa, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, cheese, RICE, BEANS, QUESO and ice tea. Veggie Fajitas also available.
• Barbecue - Barbecue with the choice of two meats (beef brisket, pork sausage, grilled chicken. Includes baked beans, coleslaw, bread and ice tea.
• Grilled Chicken Pasta - Grilled chicken breast on penne pasta your choice of Pesto cream, Marinara, or Alfredo sauce; comes with salad, rolls and ice tea.
• Shrimp Pasta - Sauteed Shrimp tossed on penne pasta with your choice of Pesto cream, Marinara, or Alfredo sauce; comes with salad, rolls and ice tea.
• Gemelli Pasta with Market Vegetables - Fresh vegetables with Gemelli pasta in a pesto cream sauce. The Hyatt's vegetarian favorite!
• Grilled Beef Sirloin - Beef Sirloin from the Hyatt including macaire potato tart, baby vegetables, and blue cheese and Texas sweet onion sauce.
• Grilled Beef Filet - Grilled beef filet with pan roasted potatoes, grilled portabello, and a merlot demi glaze.

Rates and Times - Rates are per person and do not include a 19% service fee which will be added to your bill. Service fee covers setup, cleanup and all gratuities.
